Ease to set up , had a problem 3 weeks in to using it and customer service at Canadian spa company resolved problem in 24hrs very good communication, we are so happy we ignore the negative reviewsWe now enjoy our hot tub most evenings

Very unhappy
Brand new out the box to find control panel not working. Had power as it bleeped and showed temperature but that was all. Nothing else worked on panel. No unlock or lock. No jets nothing. Disappointed when you pay £250

Inflated but cannot use
Disappointed! Got it inflated but heating control buttons do not work.

Great item .
All set up !All heated up pretty quick from using a hose pipe . Great jets , nice and quiet too ! Ordered a nice curved step also to finish it off . Advice would be buy foam matting from Halfords works great !
