Roller rod is strong and well made. Can apply a lot of pressure with it. Rest is good quality.

Is your always into using rubber balls and the like to help with myofascial release then you’ll like this system. Unless you know what you’re doing it’s best to follow an instruction video from a reputable source such a Rad themselves.

This is a fantastic and versatile product. The RAD helix is incredible as a spine roller, and also great for ITB, quad and glut release. The RAD rounds are amazing for Pec release and truly incredible for foot massage. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the price. For example the peanut roller sells at £25 but other brands are typically £10.

Cant say I was impressed when my RAD kit arrived absolutely filthy! Clearly the seller doesnt care what they send out and doesnt check anything before its posted!. Product arrived in absolutely filthy state, like it had been kicked around in a warehouse. Their app, was good, and free, which is why I ordered the RAD kit, but several days after getting my kit, they updated their app and it now costs a whopping £349 for lifetime access to it or £11+ per-month. Absolute liberty! Dreadful experience for such a premium product. RAD clearly not bothered, so long as their raking in the dollars...

Expensive but worth the journey to fascia, muscle recovery. Clear direction of each products required use but I’m sure you could get adventurous. Just be mindful. Open your body up to a new possibility of being more limber, just endure through the process if you can hack it.

Since being in a car accident a year and a half ago, I've bought several gadgets to try and relieve aches and pains in my neck and back. I bought theracane, big foam roller, small foam roller with teeth, yoga block, lacrosse ball and a theragun, in addition to chiropractor visits and regular massages. Obviously the chiropractor and massages give great relief but they're expensive and not something I can do all the time. I used to be a trained professional dancer and I'm still quite active including pilates and yoga stretching classes. Of all the tools I've purchased, this kit has given me the most relief. Being a former dancer, I have above average flexibility/mobility so it can be difficult to get a deep stretch in the areas that bother me most. I've been having lots of issues in my QLs and other than massages it's difficult to get relief in those areas. The helix roller feels great on my QLs as well as the double ball roller and smaller rollers. The different size rollers each have a different effects on the same area due to their different sizes. The double ball roller is the size of lacrosse balls and the other rollers are smaller. The larger rollers give an overall area massage while the smaller ones give more of a concentrated area massage like fingers. The smaller rollers are also great for the small muscle and tendons that connect at the base of my skull. They also fell great on the face, you don't realize how much tension is held in your face until you use these! The double ball roller on the block give great traction and release to my neck/skull like I experience at the end of my massages. The double helix feels great to roll my back on, the double ball roller is a little too intense for me to roll my back on but maybe I can work my way up to it one day. I always need to pop my thoracic spine but its difficult to do on my own. Laying in the helix roller helps with that. I debated buying this set because of the price and the fact that I've already spent so much on other equipment but now I wish I bought this sooner and in place of a few of the other things I bought. The app gives you tons of ways to treat all the areas of your body and adds tons of value. I definitely recommend downloading it if you buy any of these tools. It may even be helpful to download it first and see what tools are needed for your problem areas to help determine what you should invest in. I'm very pleased and looking at buying a few of the other pieces of equipment from Rad Roller.

Life changing. I'm a Navy helicopter pilot and have suffered from back pain for the better part of a decade from flying. My physical therapist recommended this and it will be a fixture of my life from here on out. Some of the balls can easily be substituted by a lacrosse ball, two taped together, or a bouncy ball, but having it all in one place is great. The grippy rubber surface also helps with fascia release because it "grabs" your skin instead of sliding over skin or clothing. The helix/torpedo roller is the most significant thing to happen in my life. I use it on car trips for lumbar/massage, and it makes drives not only tolerable but productive. Expensive...but can tell it's well-made and will last indefinitely.

This kit is amazing. I wish it would have come with everything but not only does it come with most of the tools it also has a free app to show you HOW to use the rollers!!
