Is it original?
received the item in bad condition,for one- it didint come in its original box[packaging], it is just rolled in an ordinary cling wrap, lid cover is full of dust and scratches as well as the bottom part, has a dent on the metal rim, and it seems like a used one as it smells like coffee inside.
