Q: What is the measurement of this clock including the frame?

The face of the clock only is 10 1/2". The entire clock is 14" wide. This includes the frame. I don't dislike this clock. It keeps perfect time and I love the second hand. However it does look like a porthole on a ship as it sits about three inches away from the wall, maybe a little bit more. I will be getting another clock and putting this in one of the other rooms. If you are visually challenged, this is the clock for you.

Q: Does this clock have a glass face?

Yes, and it's a lovely clock. Comes with a nifty device and tiny nails for hanging.

Q: Does it consistently keep the time? Having issues with my classroom clock...

Mine is within a minute of my atomic clock signal watch over a 6 months time period. The gap my be caused be how I originally set the time on the clock. Of course it will eventually slow down as battery power decreases. When I taught, I kept my classroom clock accurate by checking its setting each morning and changing batteries every other month.
