We had no idea what an an Indian Meal Moth was. First noticed one flying around TV screen in the evening. Just thought it flew in from outside. Yesterday on Sunday 2/22, we discovered in our pantry. As items were moved, moths began flying. Killed about 15 to 20 then activity stopped. Threw, away lots of open food items, but we did not find any larve or cocoon. Ordered Dr Killigans traps, which arrived on Monday morning less than 24 hours after placing order. Received 6 traps, individually packaged. Traps are creased to easily fold into triangle and straight forward how to lock tabs. Now for the amazing part. I am trying to hang in the pantry, as pictured, and out of nowhere 2 moth appear. First they landed on the outside, within a few minutes they were inside. They must have lightly landed, because they flew out. A few minutes later they returned and this time they were stuck for good. Not sure if laying eggs cycle started unseen or not. Takes 8 to 10 days to hatch and the larvae can feed over 2 months before the cocoon stage. The moths can live up to 8 weeks. There are many 5 to 10 minute YouTube videos to watch to help you learn everything you need to know and do. This product did work exceptionally fast. Reason for 5 stars. Will monitor over next 24 hours.

This works. It was suggested by Amazon AI assistant while shopping for other similar products. Took a chance based on numerous positive customer service reviews. Assembles in less than a minute by folding into a triangle shape. Small and unobtrusive. Don't expect immediate results. Be patient. For, the first couple of nights, I tried different placements with no success. Then following the suggestion of another reviewer, I placed a trap on top of the refrigerator and it captured a moth by the following morning. Over the next few weeks, more moths started appearing in the trap. Placed two more traps in rooms adjacent to kitchen. Same pattern. No results at first, but within a few weeks, each trap had captured 7 or 8 moths. After 6 weeks, moths seem to be eradicated.

These are amazing! After struggling to eliminate pantry moths for a couple of years, I think this may have done it for good! I tried everything - putting everything in glass or sealed plastic containers, washing every surface with bleach water, etc. After using these consistently for several months, I don't see any at this time. So, you need to be PATIENT! These traps attract and kill the males only, so you'll still see some moths (females not attracted to the pheromones I guess) for a while. But I didn't see ANY larvae at all, and now I'm not seeing anything at all. Just full traps. The trap adhesive is VERY sticky and stuck to the feathers of a bird that got in my house which was traumatic. Also will stick to paw fur of dogs or cats, so make sure they can't get to them. If I happen to bring something into my home that has moths, I'll use these again. Definitely worth the money. I did buy the large value pack and glad I did.

Not bad!!! Def worked to an extent. We left them out for 5 days and between all 6 of the traps we caught a total of 12. We also rotated a few. For example if we left it over night without any caught, we’d move it to another location to see if it worked better there. Very sticky! And I love that it’s chemical free so I can use it and not worry about my cat.

We got sloppy with our food storage and one day moths are fluttering around where we store our dry goods, cereal and pasta. Placed four moth traps in pantry and next morning did not see them flying around or hanging on walls because they were dead laying in the traps set hours before. It will take a while till they are gone for good and plan to add fresh traps just as a preventative measure, easy to assemble and dispose of, must have if you store food in house. Dr Killigan also make traps targeted for clothing moths so ordered some, not that i have a moth issue in clothes closet but to prevent infestation from occurring

The nightmare of pantry moths are persistent. You have to address where they are sourcing. After you take away there breeding grounds these work by attracting all the males to eliminate mating with females. It takes time but after a couple of weeks these do work well. But, you must source there breeding grounds, otherwise they just continue to come back again and again and again and again and again. These work but you gotta do your part.

I have learned the hard way not to fully trust all the reviews that I read on Amazon . ( I even ordered a fridge based on all the glowing reviews it got only to discover it was literally a total piece of garbage). So no, reviews do not impress me anymore. However, because of the severe pantry moth problem I have been dealing with for over a year now that even the most expensive “ air tight” food containers have not been able to remedy, I decided to try these moth traps ( against my better judgment I might add). lol. And I am now here to say that they 100% absolutely work. !!!!! Not at first mind you, it did take a few days for the little pantry enemies to find their final resting place, but find it they did.! I set two traps out for 2 weeks and then decided to set 2 more. I kid you not, there has got to be at least 100 of them in those traps now. This product is worth its weight in gold .!!!! Thank you Dr Killigan for a product that actually works. And let me know if you guys get into the refrigerator business, because I will definitely be buying one from you.! lol

Maybe it was a fluke, but... Our infestation of pantry moths was very minor - we had seen maybe a dozen adults when I ordered the traps, and were catching them as we could (they came in with a sack of bird seed). As soon as I opened the first trap and pulled the strip off, before I had even folded it, a pantry moth flew right to it and stuck. If it had been a blank piece of cardboard, he might have taken the same trajectory, but that was a good sign to me. Within 2 days, we had trapped 13 (presumably the males), and I manually got about 8 others (presumably females that didn't go to the traps). Haven't had seen one since. Definitely recommend. Used six, put one high, one low in each of 3 areas. The 13 trapped were just about equally distributed between the traps, except for the one I placed at our food pantry, which thankfully had none.

These are incredible. I have been fighting a moth problem in my kitchen and despite a full steam clean they kept coming back. After a week of these I have a moth-pocalypse and needing to replace the traps.
