Excellent phone. was given a phone case, a charger, a screen protector, and a sim card tool thing. The phone works exactly like a new phone and is overall great! I dropped my previous phone in a pool so i'm very happy with this phone. this is incredible value for money. There is also alot of free storage so i can get games on my phone. Although the charger provided is abit slow, the phone itself has great battery life, I cannot complain. The sound is great and the screen is strong. Could not be happier!

So far so good. Everything is working like a brand new phone and very good price. A couple tiny lil marks on the side but nothing you would notice with a cover and nothing you wouldn't expect for a refurbished phone

I would strongly advise avoiding this seller.After only 7 months, the phone developed severe phantom touch issues, making it difficult to use. I took it to a repair shop, where I was told the phone had been fitted with the wrong type of replacement screen. During the repair, the technician also discovered that the battery had been disguised using a tag on flex, hiding its true condition. Once this was removed, it became clear the battery was severely degraded and had expanded.An expanded lithium-ion battery is a serious safety hazard, and I had no idea there was anything wrong with it until the screen issue led to the inspection. Had the screen not failed, I would have continued using the phone with a dangerous battery.I ended up paying an additional £140 to replace the incorrect screen and the unsafe battery.I have reported the seller to Amazon because I believe advertising restored phones while concealing the battery's true condition is misleading. Unfortunately, no action appears to have been taken.I also looked at the seller's Google reviews and found many customers reporting similar experiences. Several reviewers claim they received poor-quality repairs, and some even allege that the seller rejected returned phones and falsely claimed they had never been received, leaving customers without refunds.Based on my experience, I would avoid this seller completely. The poor workmanship, hidden battery issue, and additional repair costs made this a very expensive mistake. For the sake of your safety and your wallet, I recommend buying from a more reputable seller.

Phone was delivered a day early which I was pleased about. DPD is the courier. Phones condition was excellent no scratches and looked mint. Disappointed with battery power at 82% having paid for excellent condition expected the battery to be Atleast 90% however overall I am happy with the phone and everything is working perfectly fine. I will be using them again in the future

I thought the delivery driver had lost my parcel but I eventually found it (my neighbour took it in since it was left in the middle of my garden) and the phone is really immaculate, no scratches on the screen and my daughter is very happy to have an upgrade from her iPhone SE (finally after nagging at her for so long!) It’s got plenty of storage which she’s impressed with and the price is amazing I’ll definitely be ordering again, I have 2 other children that phones need upgrading. I love iPhones because transferring from one phone to another is so easy and there’s no fear of losing everything in the process! Battery life is excellent and it practically looks brand new!

Sold as in excellent condition & was when it arrived no marks or scratches , 88% battery capacity. Not in original packaging but well wrapped delivered within 2 days. Recommend

Devo fare i complimenti sia al venditore reswipe che ad Amazon ho ordinato un iPhone 14 il 2 settembre, la consegna era prevista per il 9-10 settembre ma è arrivata oggi 5 settembre. Il telefono è perfetto sembra nuovo, per cui ancora complimenti sia a reswipe che ad Amazon.

Para lo que es, un segunda mano, me llego muy bien estéticamente, el teléfono lleva funcionando varios meses muy bien, la bateria venia nueva al 100% aunque no es original. muy contento

Ho atteso un po’ di mesi prima di recensirlo perché volevo vedere se a livello funzionale era tutto ok, appena arrivato esteticamente era perfetto, nessun segno di usura o graffio da nessuna parte. A distanza di 7 mesi devo dire che anche la funzionalità è a posto, l’unico neo forse è che la batteria si è deteriorata un pelo velocemente. Appena ricevuto la batteria era al 100%, ora è già scesa al 90%, però per il resto devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene!
