This turned out much better than I expected. Turn around time was great and although ordering looked a little confusing (in making it custom) the proof they send confirmed what I thought I wanted. Shipping was very quick and the packaging was GREAT...very sturdy for international shipping. The only "negative" is you can see the wires as they connect to various areas of the sign...but when illuminated, you don't really see them and they don't detract from the sign.

The neon light is absolutely gorgeous. When illuminated, it is truly spectacular. The green color we chose is vivid and perfect. The packaging was excellent, with no damage. We're excited to give this gift.

Only used a few times and it stopped working. Power brick has a blue light on but the unit doesn't work. DO NOT BUY
