1st let me say I am a nurse. My mom developed a wound under one of her toes. It was not a big wound area but the tissue looked someone necrotic. I started with the basics, saline... then moved to bnt ointment, then moved to Lmistron, then moved to a wound cream to removed slough before finding this cream. My mom is a diabetic, she has varicose veins... it its been a battle since June month. The good thing about being a nurse is if I tried something and it doesnt work within a 2 weeks or a month I change. I was faced with so much slough in the wound area, time and time again. It was a struggle. I decided I wanted to try the silver creams for a better outcome. Ended up seeing the pics online and went with this to purchase. Its been a month and today I removed the old dressing to see to my surprise the wound bed is ready to close. Within a week of the 1st use, I saw a much healthier tissue hence the reason I continued. Well I am happy to say that SILVERSTAT did in fact save me from possibly having to get my hand amputated!!! It cleared up the infection in a matter of 24hrs and within 72hrs of applying it to my hand there was no sign of swelling, or redness at all!! It alleviated my pain, and got rid of the infection completely!!! It is well worth the money for the quality of the product you get, and the size of the tube is Big enough for a substantial wound, because a little goes a long way!!It's very soothing and cooling and doesn't have any weird or strong smells like other ointments have, and it doesn't leave any residue or anything like that either. This product saved my hand and I will be a customer for life and I am eternally greatfull! Buy it for yourself and have it in case of emergencies!! You will not be disappointed!!

As a diabetic, I am very cautious about any cuts or scrapes. I had a blister on my foot and had to get this first aid gel because the blister got torn up. The gel worked very well and the wound is completely healed in three days. I am so thankful I’ve found this.

I purchased this brand because of the 32 PPM of silver. I had tried others with a lower concentration and find this one works so much better. It helps soothe and heal burns scratches and many other uses. I have used it for issues everywhere on my body. I find it does not irritate delicate tissues if needed. It’s my go to remedy before I go to anything else.

This is super I had emergency gallbladder surgery and it was the only thing that actually helped with healing! Amazing 🤩
