Don’t purchase
The instructions for installation were some of the worst I have ever seen. I would not recommend these steps for that reason alone. It is also not stated that you need weights to keep the stairs down. The stairs are very poorly made for the price. I would never buy again. I would return this product if I wasn’t so far in the installation.

sturdy and secure when filled with water to submerge.
Assemby took a minute to figure out. The directions were a bit confusing. Once they were up and in the pool, they were great. I love the in water side, it is sturdy and feels secure when it is submerged. They fill with water to weigh them down. I am contemplating adding a weight just to keep them down all the time. The ladder side is not terrible, just a bit more vertical than what I have used in the past. Just don't rush getting out and you will be okay.

Easy to put together
Easy to put together. I added anti slip grip tape to mine for extra security. Very stable and build quality seems good.

Pool stairs not sturdy
Not very sturdy for an above ground pool without a deck. Have to anchor down because the stairs float up out of water. I have 5 gallons of sand in water bottle to keep submerged. Stairs still move around and I’m afraid they are going to rip the liner.

Pool Ladder
The step part isn’t too bad.The handrails are very cheap and shoddy.. The ladder to climb into the pool I really was not impressed with.. I’ll keep it and make do but for the price it was not a good deal at all..

Pool stairs
Very cheap for what you pay. The hand rails are weak plastic and the brackets broke 5 minutes after setting up.

Not worth the price
Not worth the price for the Struggle. we had a hard time putting these in our pool. Steps kept floating even when putting wait in them. We ended up putting river rocks inside the tubing part just to get them to sink. The bottom step still floats some even with it full of rocks. The lader part is flimsy and cheap plastic. I'm hoping it makes it through the summer. And the intrusions were horrible.

Cheaply built
The stairs are not horrible! However, this is not a case of getting what you pay for. The boxes arrived and one of them was missing a rail. So, it is currently in the pool waiting on a new rail to come.
