Here is an honest look at the K&F 72mm replacement lens cap..If you are just replacing a lost manufacturer cap, K&F's standard ABS plastic centre-pinch option is a highly recommended choice.The Grip: The internal springs have a surprisingly snappy, positive tension. When it clicks into 72mm filter threads, it stays there. It won't easily jar loose if your lens bumps against your hip while carrying the camera on a shoulder strap which on other non-branded versions I have in the past found this to be an issue.Hood Friendliness: The centre-squeeze tabs are raised just enough to give your fingers purchase. If you are shooting with a deep, fixed lens hood (common on telephotos or 24-70mm zooms), you can easily reach inside, pinch the centre, and pull the cap clear without having to take the hood off first, again on lesser, non-branded options this is sometimes not the case.The Keeper cord: It includes a small elastic loop cord.A simple little option that prevents loss of cap, if like me you are clumsy!All in all another K&F quality product that is functional and well priced, with the nice addition of a couple of their really nice ‘microfiber’ cleaning cloths.A recommended purchase to solve a simple problem.

On the face of it there is not much one can do to improve the functionality of a lens cap: it either fits, or it doesn't, and that is the end of things for most people. K&F have actually managed to make this humble piece of equipment work better than normal.The cap fits very securely into the threads of my Sony camera and is easy to put on and remove. It appears to be well made, like the rest of K&F products I have tried. What makes this stand out from the other lens caps is the tether system. In the past I have used lens caps that are attached to the lens with a strap and an adhesive pad. They work to prevent losing the cap, but it then swings around when the camera is in use. This type of lens cap is such a pain that I would never use such a thing again. This lens cap is different in that there is an elasticated strap and tensioner that one slips around one's wrist, or any other convenient object, while the cap is off the lens. The problem is solved in that the cap doesn't get lost, but it also doesn't get in the way. Handily the tether is bright orange, and that aids finding it if one has dropped it down somewhere.The product is keenly priced, as is normal for K&F, and I can thoroughly recommend it.

Fits well on the canon 17-85 lens. The pressing bits can be a little finnicky though when you first start using it. It's not that bad though.

It fit my sony kit lens, felt a little off, but does the job

Product arrived way after delivery timeline nearly one month late. No communication from seller about delays. Amazon also refused to give refund even after repeated chasing on calls and chats.Also, product is defective! It’s extremely low quality and one the edges is not finished properly. This is a lens cap and when one edge has an unfinished sharp plastic edge, it risks scratching my expensive 17mm F1.8 lens…so unable to use!
