Great power steering fluid
I use this stuff in my 84 vette with a turnone 2.0 ratio power steering rack and new ps pump. Everything works very smoothly, pump stays nice and quiet. I flush the fluid once a year to ensure my expensive ps rack stays protected. Only downside is this stuff is not the cheapest option.

AWESOME for Hydro Assist/Full Hydro, with a small bonus!
This is hands down the best power steering fluid I have found for Full Hydro and/or Hydro Assist steering. I have a high flow replacement pump, massive external reservoir with internal filter, large cooler in front of my radiator, and an assist ram currently. Every other power steering fluid I have used has discolored/turned brown and smelled burnt after even a week of street driving. They have also thinned out considerably. This Power Steering Fluid has been going strong for 4+ months now with no change to the color, smell, or consistency. I have not had that result with anything else. Royal Purple may hold up the same, but I won't pay twice the price of Red Line for half the size. My over favorite thing, is after you empty these bottles, if you slice off the bottom 1/4" these make an EXCELLENT fluid funnel that is gas, and really any automotive fluid resistant. This free left over empty bottle makes a better funnel than almost every single one I have paid money for. The best part is after using it with something thick like gear oil you can screw the cap on and not drip everywhere!

had very annoying whine when turning
2010 Traverse, had very annoying whine when turning. Replaced with this, and now the steering is much more responsive, easy to turn when not moving, and no more whine. I plan to change again at next oil change because the fluid that came out was like black coffee, and it had floaters in it. I didn't want to introduce air into the system so I would just drain what was in the reservoir, add fluid, turn the wheel back and forth a couple times, repeat until I used up the entire bottle. Worked great. UPDATE : Next oil change 10000 miles later. Pumped out what was in the reservoir and replaced with some of this again. This time the fluid did not have any floaters in it, and it looked more like tea. This stuff is red, a very faint red, but red, so there was not a lot of color change. The power steering wasn't getting any worst, but there are a lot of problems with the power steering on these vehicles from what I have read. I'm no longer having any issues with mine. Amazon is wrong, this stuff works great in a 2010 Traverse!

I was instantly amazed at how smooth my steering wheel has become
At first I was skeptical. I own several Honda's and am a dealer certified Honda master tech, and have been really worried about using anything other than OEM fluids. One of my project vehicles is an Element, and it doesn't drive very far usually, usually less than 6 miles at a time. I flushed all the old power steering fluid out using a vacuum extractor shoved into the return line at the reservoir, turning the steering wheel lock to lock until no more fluid runs out, followed by running the new fluid through the reservoir until it runs clear through the vacuum extractor line. I was instantly amazed at how smooth my steering wheel has become. Not that it was a problem before, but usually with such short trips the car is never fully warmed up. Now it is like a hot knife cutting through butter when I turn the wheel, even at first start up. Now only time will tell how the wear protection is. I also have a Raybestos inline magnetic/paper filter in line that has been in there for a while now, and have noticed with that that there are literally NO particles left at the strainer at the bottom of the reservoir, as there were plenty before hand.

Great Fluid
I use this fluid with my rock ram system on my jeep Cherokee running 33" tires. no problems with the fluid at all except for in extreme cold weather. it will turn to jelly at -15 or below but what wouldn't? all in all it works well, will not overheat and once your engine has reached operating temp you will have no problems. Bottom line I Would recommend this to anyone who is serious about steering control.

Not my favorite
I replaced the fluid in both a Jeep TJ and an XJ. After the XJ, I thought it was a lot harder to turn... but I was also wondering if maybe I was just imagining it. So when I did the TJ, I got a good feel for it before replacing, then immediately after replacing, it was extremely obvious the power assist decreased by a lot, I would say about 50% harder to turn the wheel back and forth. Maybe this stuff is a lot thicker, not really sure what is going on. Worth the trouble to swap out the fluid again? Probably not, but if I had known this in the beginning I would have found something a lot closer to OEM viscosity/performance.

Eliminates sound from the Power Steering System
It took two manual changes via the turkey baster method to change over 50% of the power steering fluid. After that point, the squeaks and groaning that I have had for years in the power steering of a 2007 Ford Fusion disappeared. This is a very high quality power steering fluid that will work in almost any car.
