I ordered this badge and it came promptly and looks really good. I only just went to attach it to my work lanyard and it has the wrong type of fastener. I wanted a pin £6.39 which was what I paid but got a magnet which would have been £6.79. for many I'm certain this would not be an issue but I work in an environment that if I wear the magnetic badge it will quickly become a projectile.I tried the contact the seller option but it just goes through an automated system which ends in 'item is non returnable', I'll have to try another way.. It's actually a nice badge and 2 stars is a bit harsh for it but on the other hand I have just paid for something that I can't use.Also if anyone needs to know.. magnet fasteners option is pretty strong and likely a decent option for most.*Edit* have managed to send a message to the seller and they have responded quite quickly offering to send another to rectify the issue.Great resolution .. star rating has been changed to reflect this.

These badges are really pretty and are of good quality. The names are very clear. I’ve bought them for all of my team and we’ve had so many compliments in the office. Would recommend ☺️

Excellent wee badge with high secure magnet

I ordered two of these which arrived today. Very poorly made with bubbles and dents in the front.These were to be a gift but no use ans no refunds given.Very dissapointed
