Experienced immediate results!
I have only enthusiastic praise for this recumbent bike --- well made, and of great quality as well as easy to assemble from the enclosed well-written instructions and clear artistic drawings (my husband thanks you Teeter!!). The bike makes this 76 year old feel "almost young again!!!" It is so quiet and my activity on the bike actually feels effortless. I had been using a treadmill and not getting adequate results for my arms and core. This bike is exactly what I was looking for in terms of "total body" exercise and for the ease of motion and physical exertion. Believe me, I could tell the difference in my muscle tone and energy level for the first time after exercising for only 30-35 minutes and that was without subsequent soreness or pain. I might add that this bike has adjustments that will benefit anyone of any age and satisfactorily allow the user to achieve his or her level of conditioning.

Great machine!
Grok AI helped me select the Teeter. I was looking at a NuStep but the price was not in my budget. The Teeter was not hard to put together. Appreciated the step-by-step instructions and each step had its own numbered bag of parts. Finally a company who made assembly for the customer! The machine is solid and very smooth. I did have to play around with the seat height and length of the arm pieces, but it wasn’t difficult. For me, needing double knee replacement, I had to find the right comfort level so my legs can still get a great workout without knee pain. Grok also reminded me that if you buy it for a documented medical reason, you can consider it a health expense on your taxes. Also, if you have an HSA, you can get a formal letter from your doctor, submit it to your HSA and use that to pay for it. Just passing this info along in case it applies to you. Check it out for yourself before buying.

Works as advertised. Very good quality.
Easy on the body. You think it isn’t doing enough but you feel it when you get off. Great for bad knees. You can make it as easy as you want or as hard as you want. I love it. The only con is it does take up some space. But worth it for your health. Very sturdy. If your partner follows the direction it is not bad to assemble. ( mine doesn’t)

Whisper Quiet Exercise
This, LT 3, was the best packed multi piece item I've ever seen. A great packing job with everything marked for easy assembly. Their assembly instructions were written by someone who had actually assembled the product and put the instructions in simple to follow order. With a helper the assembly was easy and fast. The machine is well constructed and simple to use, Like any exercise machine it's only of value if used. I selected the machine because of a back problem which limits the type of exercise I can do. This machine exercises your arms and legs. The level you exercise is set by you and can be adjusted as you progress and increase in strength. The machine is silent, not a whisper, so late night exercise is not a problem. The machines one fault is it's LCD 3.5" console. It's to small for most of us unless you have perfect eye sight. It would be nice is the offered a larger screen for this model. With a larger console I would have give this LT 3 a five star rating.

An excellent machine.
Very little indeed to complain about with this product. Very solid throughout, with excellent assembly instructions. Yes, as many noted, some of the screws are difficult to thread correctly at first. Operation is as advertised; changing settings for different sized family members is quick and simple. By contrast the shipping, though fast, gave the impression that the box had fallen from more than one truck in its journey: compression bands all gone, edge tape badly frayed here and there, and some dents in the heavy cardboard. All's well that ends well! ADDENDUM: after a couple of months and many hours on the machine, I can say that it works well for me as a whole body exerciser. As a set of muscles gets tired, another set seems to fill in almost automatically. None of the major muscles are overworked; all get some work, with the partial exception of the legs in the front, as there are no cleats or straps to slip one's feet into and pull up with. Nevertheless I get a good overall workout. A very minor annoyance was a squeak in the arm bars which was easily fixed with some oil spray; now it is totally silent. Bottom line - I'm using it regularly, with no danger of injuring my ancient stiff joints.

Quality product
I bought this to use post surgery for my at home cardio rehab and beyond. After looking at several options, I decided on this one, and I’m so glad that I did. This is a heavy, well made, quality product that is built to last. I like that it has a console screen and a place for the phone or tablet, and water bottles. There are various settings and options for workouts, and will accommodate up to four user inputs. The most amazing thing to me was how quiet it is. There is hardly any noise at all. This is as good as what I used at the rehab gym, and doesn’t cost near as much as their machines. About the assembly: My husband put it together in about 1-1/2 hours. The directions were straight forward, and the pieces were easy to put together. The main body is in one piece, so it’s a matter of assembling the attachments that make up the rest of the platform, the front, i.e. the console deck and handle bars, plus the seat assembly. The only problem that I’ve had is that the seat adjustment is a bit difficult to lower (quite easy to raise). My husband had to adjust that for me. I’m 5’4” and weigh 108#. The seat and handle bars adjusted to fit me well. I like the workouts, and have tried several of the programs. I do recommend getting the Teeter Mat to go underneath the machine. It will protect the floors and stabilize the machine if you have hard floors. It does have wheels on the back to make it moveable, however it is very heavy (110#) to lift from the front and roll around. I would recommend that you set up the machine where you intend to use it, and not have to move it around a lot.

I got my machine and my husband and a friend put it together in 2 hours. So I started using it 3 days ago. It is a very well made machine and strong. Right now my right foot is not up to par yet as at the end of April /24 I broke 3 major bones in my right foot, so in May/24 I had 2 foot surgeries to repair the broken bones. I still have pain with that foot. So I ordered foot extenders to stabilize my feet on the elliptical, which I think it should be provided with the elliptical machine. But over all the elliptical is smooth and very quiet. So far I am doing quite well with it.

We debated in the FreeStep for months and finally decided to buy it. We couldn't be happier! It's a great all over body workout and we feel so good after we've worked out. We've had other cardio machines and weren't happy with them, but we couldn't be happier with our FreeStep. We want to workout and we enjoy our workouts which is half the battle! Highly recommended!
