Good speed copy writing

After formatting for the first time, 12 GB disappeared.I was able to access the stored files only once. When I tried to connect it the second time, the HDD was not detected. I have to go to device management and format it for it be shown.From then, this happened every single time when i try to connect the HDD to the laptop. So effectively its an useless product. I guess, you get what you pay for after all.Rs. 1900 went down the drain.

purchased on the rush. didn't receive it in time. yet, I will give full stars bcoz the product is amazing.Amazon: you charged me for same-day delivery but, never delivered on time. This product is one of the worst product which I have ever seen and I am astonished that such refurbished products are being sold through this premium Amazon app….Amazon should take strict action on such companies who selling worst quality refurbished products as new ones

I had purchased this product on April 2024 and has been using since then, I also checked the Hard Disk health and it was showing perfect, I got a WD make hard disk on checking with the software. I have been using it for all these days and have transferred quite a large number of files. Speed is usually between 30mbps which is quite impressive. Also, the customer care and the after sales support is also very responsive. Still running fine without any issues. Also it is covered by warranty and so no worries in it.
