I initially ordered a single cabinet just to see how well the cabinets were built. I was surprised and the high quality of the cabinet construction, the operation of the drawers, and the accessories (the feet and rollers). I then ordered several more units. The cabinets come with very high-quality feet and wheels. In my case I needed to use the wheels as I wanted the cabinets to roll in and out under my work surface. That worked out well since I now had extra high-quality feet that I was able to use on a non-related product that came with pretty terrible feet. The quality of the wheels is good and should hold up for a long time. The cabinets came packaged extremely well. Heavy cardboard outer wrap, 1 inch foam all around inside with 1/8-inch plywood corner protectors and 1/8” plywood protecting the top. The top also has a removable protective film. I was concerned about disposing the packing material but I used Craigslist and gifted the foam to a fellow that wanted to insulate his garage doors. The cardboard went to a fellow that will feed it to worms in his mulching pile. Assembly was easy. Unpack, screw on the wheels and handles. That is it. A tool to tighten the wheels is provided but you will need to provide a 5mm hex wrench to attach the handles. Odd that a cheap one was not included. Unfortunately, one cabinet was not delivered. I contacted FedEx and they confirmed the number of items shipped by the vendor. I contacted the vendor and about 12 hours later I got a response, apologizing for the mix-up and said they would take steps to get the missing unit to me ASAP. Twelve hours later FedEx dropped off my missing unit. So, while messing up the original delivery was not so good – the customer service was fantastic. The cabinets all have different keys. I guess whether good or bad depends on the user. The cabinets are in my private home office so locking is not that important. I don’t know how hard it would be to re-key. The locks and the keys have a 3-digit number stamped on them so matching keys is easy. Bottom line I am very pleased with the cabinets and having all my storage match makes my home office look very professional -- and I did so on a good budget.

Received the 5-drawer in good condition, slight dent in the back fold where the metal is joined but it’s the back so I didn’t care. What I did care about was one of the rear drawer rivets that attach the sliding arm to the inner part of the chest was missing, making one of the drawers bow down on one side. I knew if I was to put tools in it, it would eventually be a problem later on. Manufacturer flaw I assume as the packing was perfect when delivered. Reached out to the seller and it took some weeks with back and forth texts but they said they’ll make it right by saying they’ll send a fix. A couple weeks passed and I couldn’t wait any longer for whatever fix they’d send, I wanted to use the dang thing, so I ended up buying a rivet gun and riveted it myself. Now it’s perfect and now fully usable. Eventually I received a fix of a pack of machine screws from the manufacturer. Really, that’s the fix I waited weeks for? I thought they’d send a cheap rivet gun or refund me something on the cost of the tool cart itself to buy a rivet gun, hence the 4 stars for the time and effort I had to go through to make this cart the way it should have come in the first place. I really didn’t want to return it, it is a very nice piece and the measurements and color were exactly what I wanted, so I fixed it myself. Shout out to the seller for trying to make it right via text but the manufacturer cheaped out on the fix.

Wow! I wish I’d bought this rolling 7 drawer tool chest ages ago. I said no to the never ending tool bags I’d accumulated for far too long. This cart holds the absolute necessary tools I know I’ll reach for time and again. The drawers are just right to hold your go-to tools. The stainless steel top is a nice landing spot for tools in use or as a work surface. I can pull it to my project easily. The build quality is great. Its solid construction and sturdy feel just reminded me of how great a purchase this was. I’d buy again and highly recommend!

This chest is well made and finished and was very well packed with plywood corner protectors to prevent shipping damage. I bought this to place a standard top toolbox on that I already own so that I could roll my tools to the work instead of walking across the shop. What I was shocked at was the size of the chest. I take the blame for missing the size detail but the photos depicting the chest in a garage led me to believe that this was a full size lower tool chest. I accept the blame because the listed dimensions are correct and are even listed in inches instead of metric, I just bought based on the advertising photos. This is still a nice chest and fits under a bench or counter nicely which is how I will use it but I still need to purchase a bottom roll around.
