I was originally sent one that didn’t work. The customer service with these people is beyond compare. There were many communications to make it right and within a few days I had a perfectly working unit. It works great and the company is great. Awesome communication, I would not hesitate to buy any product from them because they actually care about people and the products they sell. Nice Job guys!!!!!

I first got a faulty controller I think. The second one works fine. I use it on quite a few feet of LEDS lining my living room ceiling. It powers them all and the the colors are brighter than the old controller I used. Thank you.

This item stopped working after les then 1 month. The lights would turn red instead of turning off.

I was initially sent one that didn’t work and the container seemed like it was already open. I had to contact them about it to have them replace it. Their client service is second to none. There were numerous communications towards making it right and within days, my new unit arrived. The company is excellent, and the item works perfectly well. I couldn't ask for better communication from anyone. Overall recommend it.

For those looking for a suitable adapter, don't buy this one if you don't have the exact LEDs that it shows on the images. I bought LEDs, but the adapter with it burnt to a crisp after being used for about a year or two. I saw this and ensured it was compatible, which I assume still is. I bought, waited, and assembled it as the instructions showed.Some key things to note: I have two separate LED strips that wrap around my living room ceiling that are more than 16 ft long (50'2 ft all around), and one half is longer than the other. The longer one is known to have weird coloring towards the end (on one side of the room only), which has been that way ever since I got them. I'm okay with it; it doesn't bother me much. This info can hopefully help explain why I have so many problems with this product.Once I was done setting it up, I connected it to the outlet, and it came to life! But now, many issues have come up. The first thing I noticed was that I couldn't turn it off or on; it didn't work with the controller or the app included, meaning I'd have to unplug/plug into the outlet manually. "That's annoying, but I don't think it's too much to worry about, as long as it worked as intended." I hoped it ended there.The second problem came with the colors. They were okay at first until I tried Blue. Blue no longer exists within my LEDs, and I've tried to fix it by checking the arrows on the LED connections, which were fine. No matter how hard I tried, Blue would never pop up. The only thing closest to Blue was the "50%" button on the controller. About the buttons, I tried every single button, and some were okay, while others were broken. Speaking of broken, this led to my final two problems: the app and the adapter itself.The app does work, but since Blue is out of the picture, it's completely broken. I've tried a few that I thought were cool, but some were so broken that I thought the adapter would explode. This finally leads me to the adapter itself, which is the culprit of it all. For one, the box to the outlet heats up high, which makes sense, but it was much hotter when it came to the adapter. If I let it run for five minutes, it'll be as hot as a frying pan by then (luckily, I didn't use the adhesive foam it came with).It's a disaster of a product that I had high hopes for. But of course, what did I expect from a product this cheap as a replacement? It's not much, but at least for Blue to exist! I don't mind everything else. I would've been happy if Blue hadn't been banished into the shadow realm.I finished my rant; you can move along with your day. But please, PLEASE be sure you know what you're getting. Otherwise, you'll probably end up like me. Also, it still works, but I will update this post once it finally gives out. Until then, I hope this post is helpful for someone.

The ac adapter and remote both worked out of the box. It’s plug and play and the app also worked with no issues.Update: already broke. I should have known there was something wrong with it since it sparked every time I plugged it in the outlet. This time it tripped the breaker and the strip lights won’t turn off unless I unplug the adapter. Remote control couldn’t turn it off either. It simply changed color. Going to get tossed to trash can.
