Would these boots be ok for just regular fitnes use indoors? I would only use them to run on the treadmill and indoors workouts

For indoor training they will be good but I would not recommend them for any kind of running.I have use them for training on soft floor otherwise if is in a regular gym better to use normal gym shoes.

These good for flat foot

yes they are. very light and comftable

Would these be good for rope skipping

Got these for my grandson for boxing, so the answer is yes as rope skipping is part of training

This good for flat footed fighters?

Yes I would say it is. Certainly more so that any other boot out there.
