Awesome starter set! The bag isn’t the best quality but the tools are perfect!

My 10 year old Grandson loves this kit! He got started with a little cheap one and that’s when I found out that he was really interested in doing leather work. The kit came with just about everything he wanted except the letter stamps. The huge complaint that I have is, the leather case it comes with doesn’t hold the tools in place and so when you fold it up, everything wants to fall out!! I’m going to get with Amazon and the company that makes it and see if they have any suggestions on how to fix this.

Overall its not a bad kit. Ive been doing leather work in one form or another for a long time. This kit is hit and miss. However for the tools in it that I want extra of it was a decent deal. The basic tools that you will use 90% of the time are quite nice. The leather knife is well made works well in the hand easy to sharpen and stay sharp fairly well for what ut is. It skives adequately. I find when doing larger peice its lacking do to size However most this size will have similar issues. The actual skiving knife sucks. Its cheap uneven and will take work to make it useful. Edgar is nice works well. Thread is hit or miss. Overall worth the money if you can use the main tools

Bought 3 different full leather kits and this one takes the cake for the best quality of tools. Very sturdy and very easy to use, the handles alone were levels above the other packs. Very satisfied with this purchase

Bought this as a starter kit for leather crafting. Some tools look good and decent quality, while other tools are lacking. The carrying case is not good at all. It looks good but when adding the tools to it even following their directions on where the tools go, the tools fall out in a lot of spots. The loops you put the tools in are of various sizes and half the tools just fall out. Finally had the tools in there where I thought it would work, but when folding the case they will fall out or slip out of the spot. Hopefully the tools hold up while I learn.

Great beginners set will be good until movers deliver our belongings. Good range of tools included!

The set I would say is a generous mix of tools, some really good quality and others pieces poorly made. My favorite is the knife. Solid quality, no doubt. The little alligator clips are the other extreme. Cheap plastic junk! The leather case is a nice gesture, but for me personally, not needed. Others may find value in this. The awls are a bit disappointing, I should say two especially, look like they would fall apart if I stared at them too long. On a whole not bad starter set for anyone looking to explore leather crafting as I am. It’s a fair price. They have given you enough pieces to truly whet your appetite to really start exploring. The threads, cutting mats and pounding plate all made for really good value. Highly recommend.

Für den Anfang ganz OK. Ein paar Werkzeuge haben mich echt Positive überrascht von der Qualität. Das Ledermesser ist super verarbeitet und echt scharf. Für das Geld kann man nicht viel verkehrt machen. Kanns empfehlen.

The leathering tools themselves are good standard quality. The case / tool bag is not adequate as the loos scatter and fall from their loose holders as you try to fold it as is it's purpose. The slots need to be tighter to actually hold the tools in place

excellent product, id suggest getting wax thread and leather elsewhere. the leather provided has a fowl odor and thread is cheap. also i was expecting the carry bag to be actual leather but its just cheap fabric.

Some of the stuff is a bit average but it's a good place to start.
