Much better than lifting a dumbbell, more fun to do as well. Would definitely recommend to someone looking to try out new types of workout. Made of metal not word so low maintenance as well. Good vfm, grip could be a little more comfortable but overall great piece of equipment for both indoor and outdoor gyms.

Disappointed, uncomfortable to use
The iron mudgar is of local quality, a straight iron pipe attached to a dumbbell. It's not comfortable at all, defeats the purpose of using as a "gada". It was a mistake to buy it pre-paid. Yes, i couldn't initiated return, since I was travelling for some urgent work, couldn't do and kept it.Grip- bad (too broad pipe to hold)Weight- okMaterial- as expectedVFM- don't recommend

Overpriced
Does the job but finishing and quality could be much better. Cheap paint is used as it comes off while workout. Would have been worth it at around half the price.
