Great for keeping thread feeding evenly on machine

Perfect Size for Overlock Cone Threads
Just as expected, thank you. The nets are perfect size for Overlock cone threads but I also use them for small threads as well on my overlock machine if I don't have the cone ones and they work just as well (as long as they are in their original shape and not stretched). They are stretchy in width and approx. 4 1/4" in length. Bear in mind that it doesn't keep its original shape and size when you stretch it to full extend therefore I would try without stretching it and resize it on the cone as necessary but not before as it may not fit properly then. I didnt' try them when sewing yet so I can't comment on how affective they are in action but I am happy with the size and stretch level.

Stops fine thread/filament from unspooling.
Ideal cover to stop my blind hemmer filament from unspooling and getting caught on part of the machine. Also works on my overlocker threads. Keeps all from knotting.

Wouldn't sew without these
I have an embroidering sewing machine, and I need these, to keep the thread from getting snarled up. They work. That's all I ask.

For large thread spools Only!!!
So I had read the reviews on here and as I bought these for my embroidery machine thought they would be suitable. From the picture on the packaging I thought despite a previous review these would work ok on smaller spools but no. These are only suitable for large spools not for standard ones used on sewing machines. Shame the seller does not list the size in the description. I'm sure they would work fine on much larger spools!!
