Works great with standard neti pot. Only 4 stars for ease of use because I need scissors to open the packets. Not a big deal. I found this brand less expensive than what I can find in stores locally.

Very pleased with this product. It soothed my sinuses when using it with a neti pot, it's much better than using salt alone as this formula removes the burn you feel when you use salt. Good value for money, the box is huge so it will last me about a year as I dont use this everyday, just when my sinuses feel congested. Good quality, effective relief and easy to use. Very happy.

Purchased this item as it was a good option when it came to price. I had a very bad nasal infection and need to do a nasal rinse twice a day. This was smooth with no irritation to my nose. Would recommend this product as you get a lot more bang for your buck compared to competitors.

Used once during a nasal spray out with toddler. He hated it but did the job.
