Can this be used as the main thread and the bobbin or just the bobbin?

Both but its cheap and breaks easy.

Will they fit in a Pfaff 7570???

No. Your Pfaff uses an "L" bobbin and this is a larger class 15.

Can you refill the bobbin when it runs out o thread?

Thank you for your question. Sorry for tell you that we can't refill the bobbins. When the threads were finished, these bobbins can be used to new bobbins. Thank you so much.

Will these work on a juki machine
