I wear this to work and it gives me good support. The band is not too thick, durable, and gives me pain relief. The velcro holds very well.

I was involved in a car accident and have several discs out of place in my back. It is difficult to walk or stand for long periods of time. I purchased this and it is lightweight and can be worn under my clothing without people knowing it’s there. It gives a lot of extra support And has helped my back feel better.

I bought this when I didn’t have my normal belt with me. This one is thinner and can be worn more discretely. It fits well and is highly adjustable. Provided some relief to lower back pain. Was comfortable to wear. So because my lower back pain was moderate - and my back wasn’t in serious spasms - this belt was fine. However, when I’m really suffering I need the wider belt that provides much more relief. So I would say this is a good “on the go” belt if you just need a little extra support for lower back issues. You can wear it without it being obvious. (It’s not as bulky as the other heavy duty belts). I’m basing my 4 stars on the amount of support it provides. But based on the quality of the belt it probably deserves 5 stars. Just depends on what you are looking for or need.

Product arrived on time. Very impressd with the build quality. It has only been one day an I am already enjoying relief in my lower back especially after sitting for awhile and then standing up and movinging around. I am 60 and a former contractor. I can feel a 50-70% difference. I will try this light weight, comfortable, thin support belt on my road cycle to see if it helps with lower back and hip pain. It's very soft and comfortable, can be worn under clothing without anyone knowing you have it on. The quality is good. I would recommend it for anyone with back pain.

I would not recommend this item, this item smells terrible!!!!! You open up the package and it just hits you, smells like car tires, tried to return but seller does not pay for postage as this item would cost more to return then purchase price so I just threw it in the trash
