I bought this to keep my new kitten entertained and he loves it! What I didn't expect was to see my 11 year old cat play with it right along side my kitten. It keeps them busy for hours trying to catch the tail that flits from side to side and in and out. If I had to list one con for this toy it would be that it's not rechargeable. Other than that, it's one of the few cat toys that really entertains your cat.

This cat toy is awesome! I have 2 cats, a male kitten and an older female cat. The kitten loves it, but he likes anything that moves. The older female cat has little interest in most toys, even LASER lights ( she might play with some toys every now and then). When I turn on this toy, both cats come hurrying into the room to play with it, EVERY TIME I TURN IT ON! I bought this toy over a month ago and it's amazing they still both love it. It has a mouse on the top that makes realistic squeaky noises the cats bat at and a tail that moves around and in and out the slits on the bottom in a seemingly random pattern. If you are on the fence, try it! It's the best money I ever spent on a cat toy and I would highly recommend it!

This is a fun toy, my cats love it! One cat catches the tail and carries it around the house. The only drawbacks are it uses up batteries within a week or two! I tried manually turning off the switch underneath with little to no improvement. I wish this toy was usb chargeable. Also the tail sometimes curls up inside which makes it stop working. If there was a weight or something to keep the toy upright, that'd be great! It stays upright until my cat grabs the tail.

This is great! My cat was timid at first and growled alot lol. Showed her the mouse squeaked and my cat had a blast. It just didn't shut off in 10 minutes like it's supposed to. So I can turn it on and let my cat play when I leave the house like I can do with my laser pointer play cone

I purchased this for an older complacent cat who has no interest in toys. First she observed, then dove right in having fun. Then it stopped working after a few minutes because the tail curls inside and gets caught somehow. The only way she can have a successful play session without frustration is if I stay with her and fix the tail every few minutes.I should have read the many complaints about this flaw before I purchased it.update.I ended up returning this and since my cat loved this so much,I took a chance and reordered. The second one works as it should with no problem at all! If you get a flawed one,return it and exchange ...maybe you will get lucky. There is just a bad batch out there._----------------------------Sadly I threw the box away otherwise I would return it and get my money back.Only had it for 1 afternoon!READ THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS STATING THIS PROBLEM BEFORE YOU GET RIPPED OFF BY AMAZON!Petgeek has made sure there is no way to contact them here in the US. My cats liked it for a day or so but then got quickly bored with it. And.. It’s not really worth the money.Also, it never stopped- thought it was motion sensor but it just kept going even when the cats went to bed.

My cat Aspen heard the mouse inside the toy making noise. He swats the tail. lol. He’s been playing with it now over an hour.Money very well spent!

This is one of the best cat toys ever my cats ears going back and forward trying to work it out she loves it kept her occupied for hours yes hours

The tail gets stuck inside the toy and wont come out, i can see the motor havig problems turning the tail. But you can quickly fix this by, blowing on it, or kicking it, either works. Tho with a flaw like that, i would have to say. The price is not right.

The mouse didn't work but my cat just loves chasing the tail which pops out of the side of the unit. The only downside is that I have to jump up and down to keep pressing the start button, but if my cat likes it I can live with that!
