Great camera, easy to use and set up. I use it to live stream my son's baseball games thru Gamechanger. No issues at all, I'm able to stream the entire game with no problems and being able to set 4 different positions to get the pitcher/batter, each base line and a full field view makes for better viewing.

The tracking and auto-focus capabilities enabled by AI are two of the most impressive aspects of this camera. It is quite similar to having a personal camera already installed on the device. No matter how much I move about, the camera is able to follow my motions and keep me on the screen thanks to its clever tracking capabilities. This comes in very handy during presentations and video conferences, when I want to seem professional but don't want to have to modify the camera angle all the time. Even if I move around or if there are numerous individuals in the picture, the auto-focus can keep everything in perfect focus because of its lightning-fast speed and pinpoint accuracy. The quality of my video footage as well as the quality of my online meetings have been greatly enhanced by this function alone. Another fantastic improvement is that there are now twin omnidirectional microphones included. The recording quality is excellent, and it captures my speech with an impressive degree of precision while simultaneously reducing the amount of ambient noise. Because of this, the audio quality of my video conversations and recordings has greatly improved, and I am now able to talk successfully without the assistance of an additional microphone.

We create three types of content. Lives (streaming/Twitch), shorts (TikTok), and long form content (YouTube). This camera has changed how we produce all of our content, for the better.1. The camera is actually good. The lens is a 23mm f/1.8. If you know about camera lenses, then you know how much that alone could cost. We've tried a few different cameras over the years and this one is seriously good for the price.2. Our workflow while we record in the shop is so much more efficient because of the AI tracking features. The time we spent moving one camera from place to place in the shop is now just placing the camera in an angle that can see most of our workspace and then we use hand gestures to track and zoom.3. Connectivity is easy since there are multiple ways to connect the tail air. You can plug in the camera via the USB-C cable and start filming or you can connect via (NDI license which can be purchased separately) or even a USB to ethernet adapter.4. OBSBOT has a remote control for the system too, so you could control all features of the tail air from a distance that way, if your content limits that ability to use hand gestures.Those are just the quick good points.We use the camera as our main streaming camera. The tail air can integrate with our stream deck allowing us to have quick buttons for different angles of the room, different preset zoom points, and quick AI tracking. Since the tail air has all of these features, we have eliminated all the other cameras from our streaming setup.In the OBSBOT App you can control all camera settings, like your ISO, shutter speed, auto focus, white balance, and frame rates. You can even go as far as to apply your temperatures, brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness to the video being recorded.While the $499 price tag may seem high initially, I can assure you that you will not get this quality of camera, with all these features, for anywhere close to this amount anywhere else.

The camera itself is great. I bought it so it could follow me around, and it does a really good job of that. I'm not a big fan of the software you use to control it, but it works well once you figure it out.I do have trouble connecting this to my computer with a USB extension cord, though; it doesn't always recognize the camera.

Used them twice. The PTZ motor on two of them are already broken. They drop off of the network for no reason and then suddenly reappear. I wouldn’t buy them if I had the chance to do it over again;(

Final Update #2 I sent the broken one back to them and they sent me a brand new one quickly. their customer service contacted me consistently to making sure i received the new one and was happy. conclusion: This company is excellent!! The Tail Air 2 is unbelievable. i will be purchasing 2 more of these cameras for my brand new studio/Reef Gallery. i cant express enough about how great this camera is and the perfection of customer service. My studio is now powered by Obsbot. I recommend this over any webcam in existence. Update #1 They were quick to respond. Asked me to ship it back to them in NJ and will reimburse me shipping and send me a new camera. I've contacted them to see if they will replace awaiting response
