Great Product
This little gadget is a productivity powerhouse. I use it for work – I set up the shortcuts for typing my email and flipping windows between monitors. It's pretty tough and solid. Makes office work easier.

The URL in the manual is invalid for software download. All different of versions of the software found online could not detect the device to configure the macro keys. Returned!!!

software changes internal behavior
the software has an Eglish option. But only some of the text is translated. it was enough to understand the basics. i used google translate on mobile to visually show all English text for me.i changed it to -left mouse - middle mouse - right mouse- buttons and it did mouse stuff.i also changed it to - down - mute - up - volume ... it changed the volume and muted / unmutedi set it for mouse buttons, saved, and closed the software. then i unplugged and reconnected the keys.it behaved as mouse buttons.it also has basic color changing options..good stuff. software only for change internal behavior. After change, device will behave same way all the time..

Tad Concerning
The way it was packaged was with a Manila folder with packaging tape was concerning. No box or nothing. The instructions just a regular poorly cut and wrinkled paper. The quality of the key caps are pretty mid I’m not completely complaining about it and it seems to work fine. The price was decent and the buttons felt good and sounded nice, but I just wish they would take a little more care into it for customers.

Not bad, but lacks memory and software is not fully translated
The hardware feels pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised, given the price. As another reviewer pointed out, the software is not fully translated. I was able to navigate it by pointing my phone at the screen and using a live translation app, but it was a pain. (Even with the translation, the software is not especially intuitive, either.)The biggest issue for me is the lack of memory. This device uses a CH552G chip, which is limited to 128 bytes of onboard memory. That means you can only use 34 keystrokes across all 6 keys. I was planning to have each key output a unique line of text, but that was not possible due to the memory limitations.

Driver required!!!
I ordered this specifically because I needed a programmable keyboard that did not require software, and the title line specifically said no driver required. Unfortunately, what arrived was great keyboard with typed directions telling me to go to the website and download an exe! I will be sending this back.

Hardware is great, software is the problem.
The media could not be loaded. The hardware is really solid and looks great on the desk. The switches are linear with a pretty light actuation force.Out of the box the keys are programed to "a", "b", "c", "d", "e". So you don't technically need software to use the keyboard, but typing those 5 letters isn't very useful in most programs.I was able to successfully download the .zip file from the instructions and I scanned all of the files for viruses multiple times and with different anti-virus packages. Everything says it's clean, or at least was when I downloaded it.So here's where the problems start.Firing up the .exe starts the software and you need to choose English to understand anything later. Then you can search for your connected keyboard. The biggest issue with the software is that there are still items that weren't translated from Chinese. I have screenshotted some of those. Some screens are worse than others.Basic key replacement is easy enough to figure out, but setting up macros is near impossible without translation help. Google translate on my phone does a pretty good job of live translating the chinese characters into something understandable.Once you've changed the settings of each of the keys, you still need to hit "Save" to send it all to the keyboard where it gets stored and you can then use those commands on any computer you have it hooked up to and not need the software installed. You can set up multiple layers, but I think you have to change them manually. It doesn't detect any running applications to autoswitch your layers. If you don't mind doing extra translation work, then this is a pretty great macropad. Otherwise you'll probably want to skip it.
