Expect painful fingers after this! The pieces are very small, as noted, and i had made several mini brick models before tackling micro bricks which prepared me.The kit was complete, with no missing pieces, and included tweezers which helped line-up bricks enormously and was essential when bricks got dropped inside the part-finished piece. Plenty of spare parts cover the potential problem of dropping such tiny pieces. As the model grew, solid plates are inserted that keep the main body solid although some parts, such as the towers and frontage are less stable.It is not a quick make - a big plus for me - but I kept the different bags of bricks in separate (take-away) tubs so they were easy to store. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and create a pleasing finished product.

10 year old daughter loved this. Bare in mind these pieces are significantly smaller than regular lego.

Small pieces, instructions quite difficult to follow, but kept me occupied for a while and looks fairly good completed. For the price I paid good value for money.

Liked the size, but hard to put small pieces in place. Looks good, just finished it.took me a week to build.

I brought this for my husband for valentines day and I've only just been able to write a review. The design is brilliant it is detailed like lego only a fraction of the size of lego - considerably smaller!! But that doesn't affect at all its almost more fun because its fiddly and takes some time. Bitterly disappointed to see that there were several pieces missing meaning my husband couldn't finish this. I've also had zero communication from the seller.Which is a shame because as far as lego alternatives go price wise this would have been perfect and easily 5 stars. But missing pieces is a big disaster 😕

Firstly, this is "micro" building blocks and will NOT fit standard Lego parts. The smallness of the bricks makes you take your time better. I even found it easier to use tweezers with some parts. Easy to follow instructions

This is an excellent kit, if you bear in mind the following:It is small - see the photo for a comparison with a piece of lego.2,800 pieces is a lot and a lot of them are white.The listing says 10+ and the product itself says 8+ which are both optimistic, I think. That's not to say that no 10 or 8yo could build it, but I reckon it would be better to aim at a teenager at a minimum and even then, a focused one.Notwithstanding all that, it's a fine kit that provides plenty of occupation and a nice model at the end of it.
