Works Great with my ResMed AirMini
Bought this for testing out a travel solution with my ResMed AirMini. I hooked this up with an Anker 737 and gave it a few tests run before traveling with it. Stayed connected and worked for the entire 6 hours each time. Easy to use, decent value, was able to fit it in my travel APAP bag with no problems.

Seamless Transition to USB-C for C-PAP
I was hesitant like some others when read the reviews about this cable and its compatibility with my ResMed machine but if you use the correct charging block (not included) you will find it works flawlessly. The minimum is 140 watts. Smaller ones may work like 100 watts, but also verify your cable is rated for 100+ watts as well. This will enable you to use your C-PAP with an adequately sized battery capacity and wattage rating as well. This has come in clutch for travel!

charging cable for AirSense11
Overall, the product didn’t meet my expectations for reliability or performance. I would recommend looking for a more dependable alternative if you need a USB-C charging solution for your AirSense 11

Works great with airmini
Bought to use with my Resmed Airmini and it works good. I use it when traveling and have run my airmini off of a iniu 25000mah battery with a100 watt output. Cable feels well built and hopefully it'll last a long time.

It Works (If you have the correct power supply)
I'm giving this 4 stars because they say any 65W PD power supply should work, but I have access to more than one 65W PD capable chargers and it works selectively. I had to go through a lot of them to realize that the power supply should be capable of more than 65W for it to work. Like most people who would buy this, I purchased this for a camping trip so I had to make this work with a power bank. I have a no-name powerbank with 65W PD 3.0 output that has the 20V/3.25A profile. That one didn't work. I have multiple wall chargers that are rated at 96W PD 3.0 and those worked. To make my camping trip possible, I had to buy a new Anker powerbank (Anker Prime Power Bank, 20,000mAh Portable Charger with 200W Output, Smart Digital Display, 2 USB-C and 1 USB-A Port Compatible with iPhone 15/14/13 Series, Samsung, MacBook, Dell, and More https://a.co/d/aLANA7M) . I used this Anker powerbank and with the humdifier on I got 7.5 hours of usage before the power bank ran out of battery. Next night I tried it with the humidifier off and I got 7 hours of usage with 45% battery left. It's really just a matter of using the correct power supply. And chances are that the one you have on hand may not work. It really depends on if you think it's worth spending potentially upwards of $100 more to make this work (bringing up the cost of this solution to $150), or if it's worth buying the $300-$400 power banks made specifically for the ResMed CPAP machines. I chose the Anker power bank because I can use it to charge other devices and I can carry it on flights. The power banks that are made for CPAP machines are rated over 100Wh so you will not be able to take them with you on flights

Must use a high wattage charging brick
I've been using this when I travel with a 65w rav power charger and it's done very well. It's ability to charge my pixel 7 and power the CPAP has been a game changer on reducing the number of travel items I need to go with.
