I purchased the #THISISEVERYTHING Lip Oil. When I first received it, I wore it as a stand-alone gloss and it was not for me. I let it sit for a few months. One day, I didn't like a lip color I put one and decided to add this as a topper - and then the angels sang!!! I use this as a topper for my evening look. I typically get two or thee compliments. It gives my lips just enough glitter/sparkle to add a bit of pizzazz without looking over the top.

I had received one of these NYX lip oils in a beauty box last summer, and I was hooked. It is that happy medium of balm and gloss, it is not "oily' like I'd expected, but it isn't gloopy like gloss. Gives a nice gleam to the lips with a nice tint. I grabbed three of these, I don't remember what colors. I have not tried them in conjunction with other lip products, because it is mask time. I just keep them in my pocket and like I am in full quarantine but my boyfriend and cats think I look fabulous! I would imagine they'd be good over a pencil or true lipstain. Lipstick, I think would get smudgey

It moistens your lips and it’s in a tint of color without turning harsh

I got this to mostly use as a lip primer. I like to put something on my lips before I start putting my makeup on to let some moisture soak in before I apply my lipstick. I especially like to do this if I’m going to wear a liquid or matte lipstick, and don’t want to apply a gloss over it. I’ve also been using this on my lips when I have just a little, or no makeup on to add a little moisture and shine to my lips that enhances my natural color without adding additional color. I like it enough that I just ordered a back up, and I might get one another one to keep in my purse.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product since the reviews are such a mixed bag, but I'm pleasantly surprised. It has the thickness of a lip gloss so it stays on your lips without running, but it's the texture of an oil. If you can imagine a lip gloss with zero stickiness that literally slides across your lips, that's what this is. There's a light scent you can smell when applying, but not once it's on your lips. It's very comfortable to wear too with just the right amount of moisture to not be super heavy. I would recommend giving it a shot.

This is absolutely, hands-down, the best moisturizing makeup for lips I've EVER used. I have chronic dry skin, including my mouth, due to medical issues. This lip oil has been a life changer for me. No more peeling, painful lips. It lasts a few hours, like most lip balms, but it moisturizes on a deeper level than all the other balms, lip glosses and sticks I've ever tried. this is amazing, and I swear by lip oil now.
