Works well (first month). Plenty of hardware for install. Ignore mag sensor placement instructions; there are led's on the circuit board to tell you when the magnets are being sensed....much better for determining placement. System has terminals for external momentary button.

Awesome unit. Was easy to install. The motor did great opening and closing. I made some little custom bracket for the sensors. I like how it locks when closed

This works pretty well, even though I took over a year to finish the install. One thing I’ll mention with the magnetic endpoint sensors, the two endpoints have a discrete area of the sensor that triggers the end point event. I don’t know if that is the manual, it is long gone. If you take the cover off, you can see the indents in the plastic the indicate the sensor area that triggers the CLLM and the other OPLM. Once the magnet gets in the applicable area, there are two LEDs that illuminate based on whichever endpoint is triggered that can help diagnosis which one you are hitting. Once I figured that out, it operates great.

It worked for about a little over a year and then the motor just stopped working. I must of bought it when it first hit the market, because all of the reviews said it was a good opener at the time. But now there are plenty of videos of people complaining that theirs not working any more. --- If it's all you can afford you may get a good year out of it. Otherwise don't buy it.

Product is a great replacement for gate motor. An affordable yet less expensive product that works superbly with my gate.

Magnetic stop not working, installed exactly by the manual, it doesn't stop or stops in wrong direction , did lots of magnets adjustments is not working. Waisted lots of time and money for nothing

Aunque es más chico que el motor que tenía anteriormente este nuevo motor se siente muy robusto y pesado, es ligeramente más lento para abrir la reja pero no es molesto. Puedo cerrar la reja desde adentro de la casa con el control incluido a una distancia como de 40 o 50 m
