Q: How many cubes does this come with?

It depends what you mean by cubes. Each box contains two trays. Each tray is divided into 4 sections that are attached to each other but easily broken apart. If you want to call each of those sections "cubes" I suppose you can do so. I've never used less than one of those two trays at a time and so never think of them as cubes in the sense of, for example, chicken bullion cubes. Made according to the directions, one tray will make quite a thick curry, enough for a pound or two of chicken, or at least that's been my experience having used this sauce for over 10 years.

Q: How hot is it? I find the mild to be not hot AT ALL and was wondering how hot this is in comparison

Not hot, it has a great kick, but it's not spicy where you need liquids immediately. I also did not find the Mild to be hot at all, or the Medium Hot.

Q: Is this more than one box? these are 3 bucks at walmart....

The box I picked up at WalMart on 2/29/2020 weighs 3.2 ounces/92 grams. It cost $2.74 plus tax, or 85.4 cents per ounce. Each box advertised here is 8.4 ounces, more than twice the size of the WalMart product. Five boxes equals 42 ounces. At $22.38 that's 53 cents per ounce.
