No leak and very simply to install
I used this to connect main copper pipe to pex-b going to iSpring whole house water fliteration system. I followed the instruction to lightly but throughly clean the copper pipe ( I used 1600 grit sandpaper to clean) and mark the depth to push insert the pipe. It has been over two weeks and there has not been a drop of water from the connections. Highly recommended.

High quality product
While making a minor modification to add an oudoor faucet, I chose Sharkbite products as my preferred choice. The fittings do not disappoint. I was able to complete the project quickly and with no leaks.From prior experience with Sharkbite products, I anticipate no leaks.

Out of six two leaked at first
Just a small drip which self-cured after a few hours. Otherwise very good and so easy to use.

Awesome product for quick connect plumbing jobs.
We've used regular Shark Bites but as these were going outside for a faucet, we went with the Max. These were easier to connect and disconnect, especially with the new tool we bought as well. We haven't finished the line yet but the proof will be when we send water thru the line. But I'm not foreseeing any major issues. Well pleased with my purchase.

Generic was better at a hand-connect.
I used 3 of these under my cottage. I had to “tap” them lightly with hammer to grip and stop leaking. I’m sure they will will hold and last though.
