Are this Anthracite Grey because the product details say black?

Yes, they are good quality plastic. Easy to cut to length and fit. The collar fits over the radiator pipe cover perfectly too.

Does the cover fully cover the pipe or is there a gap at the back?

The cover snaps onto the copper pipe, and depending on the bore size of the pipe all the pipe is covered, or a slight amount of copper might show. However, any uncovered pipe is impossible to be seen however hard you’d try. I recommend them, they tidy up the finish of the radiator, easily fitted onto hard floor ( as in video ) or carpeted floor. Hope this help you!
