Costly. I purchased it for Rs 499. The foot pedal strap comes out frequently as the design is defective. It is dangerous and can cause injury during laying down exercise.

It's good for beginners or teens but need more resistance regular exercise people.

This us kind of perfect. The green strap that I used in physical therapy and subsequently bought makes a perfect hamstring stretch. The strap allows you to keep your leg straight as you pull each toward your chest. This takes pressure off your knee joint and also ameliorates knee stiffness.

Good product

Great for PT at home. Same strap used at the therapist’s office. This provides continuity in how I perform the recommended exercises for my knee. PT works if you maintain treatment and, most importantly, that you do the exercises correctly. That’s the key. Having the right equipment helps you stay on course.

I received this strap a few weeks ago and have been using it daily. It is effective for my uses, and a good value at this price point. After much research, I discovered that the lower priced straps such as these are rough to the touch and kind of feel abrasive like rope. This band however is smooth to the touch and has a much more pleasant feel. It is a true black and works as advertised. It would have been helpful if it arrived with some example stretches, but I’m sure YouTube can fill that void. Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
