Works great in the Nintendo Switch
I purchased this controller mainly to use on a Retropie setup I installed on my Raspberry Pi. However, I never got that far for a couple reasons.First, I paired the controller with my Nintendo Switch in order to use it to test out the controller's motion and all of the available buttons. I had bought Dead Cells on the Switch, and tested with it, first. I worked outstandingly. But I thought I might want to try it on something a little more beefy, so I booted up Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. By doing this, I was able to test out the use of the thumbsticks and the motion control. Both work great. The ONLY caveat was that my big hands have issues sometimes with being able to hold the controller correctly, but no more than the Nitendo Grip with included Joycons, so it wasn't a loss.As for the intended purpose, I'll eventually try it out on Retropie. I have no doubts that it will work perfectly, as the games I tend to play on there are NES and SNES games, nothing that uses a large number of buttons. Also of note: when I purchased the controller, I was worried about the ease of use of the trigger buttons, since they were so close to the bumper buttons. My worries were obviously for naught, as I had zero problems with using them once I had it in hand. Your fingers can easily catch the lips of the triggers, which was a mark of excellent design on the creators' part.In all, I greatly enjoy using this controller, and plan on grabbing a second one to use for a second player on Retropie (you know...when I finally get back to using the Pi), soon.

Great little controller. As of 10.25.2019 works on iOS
Great little controller to toss in your travel bag. Using it for my iPhone (SteamLink and RainWay App) , Laptop (Steam) and Switch. If you put all that together it is great for the price. As of today (10.24.2019) I got it working on my iPhone running iOS 13.1.3. need to sync the first time via BT in the accessibility menu. After, it will work fine and can tap the home button 3 times to go back to normal (Just the first time so it shows up)I have played Shantae off the app store but mostly for SteamLink and Beta testing RainWay. Both work perfectly with L3/R3 support. Also use it on my Laptop when away for work and as a 2nd controller for when my niece comes and visit (she loves it)Batteries last for ever. And my laptop/Switch are both USB Type C so only pack my HP Laptop charger for all 3 things when away for work.Buttons have a nice click to them. A bit top heavy with my Essential Phone PH1, but more balanced with my iPhone. The clip-on is awful (but that has nothing to do with the controller). Works great with my Switch. You can sync all 3 devices to different channels (Start+A... Start+B.. etc) so no need to keep re-setting BT like I was doing with my Xbox1 controller. Just select the channel (ex: Start+A) and click "Start" and whatever you put on that one will connect.Extra travel bag is a neat plus. Love the little guy.

Perfect compact controller
This thing is so small yet has all the buttons of a standard modern controller. Everything is there including L2 R2 and L3 R3, even vribration. Pairing is super simple and it has a simple quick guide sticker on the back to help pair it to different devices like Mac, PC, or Switch. The battery life is excellent for such a small controller (estimated 6-8 hours of constant use). I don't think it charges while plugged into a computer but there is that option when it runs out of battery. It also counts connecting it to a battery pack as if it was connected to a computer so that doesn't work. The face buttons feel a little mushy but I'm personally fine with it.My only problem with it is when I'm charging it. After I take it off the charger, it get stuck in charging mode and therefore stays on while not being able to pair to anything (2 LED out of 4 stays on in the bottom). I solve this by physically connecting it to a computer which changes the LED from 2 to 1 which is in between paired and charging mode. When I unplug the controller then I can finally turn it off manually and start it up again like normal. It sounds like a hassle but I've gotten used to it and it doesn't take much time to fix at all.

Feels like 3rd Grade All Over Again
Absolutely love this controller. It's incredible. I still have my SNES from 25 years ago and this controller has a wonderfully nostalgic feel. The buttons press cleanly and accurately and feel very robust. For the controller being so light the toughness of the buttons is quite noticeable. It has all the buttons of the Nintendo Switch so it's clearly designed to be used as a pro controller for that system but is so compact (compared to the giant controllers of new gaming systems) that it still fits in my Switch travel case.I have only charged the unit once and have been playing for a couple hours on it per day for about a week so the initial battery life at least initially is quite good. I have no negatives to say about this product or seller whatsoever. I would DEFINITELY purchase this unit again.

Really nice controller, all around a great nostalgic design
Really nice controller, all around a great nostalgic design. The analog sticks feel really good and I really appreciate the rumble function. Some cons, this controller is a bit hard to just turn off, Also, with all the included extra buttons, the off sequence is still just holding the start button, something that annoyed me about their previous controllers. Is it so hard to just stick an extra button on the back, or bottom, like your NES Pro controller? Also, I'm pretty sure this is the fault of the Switch, as I've only had this issue on there. Pairing this with a Switch is a major PITA, firmware updated and all, it seems like the Switch is just belligerent and won't connect. I've actually had luck with ingame controller configurations as opposed to the Switch's own BT pairing menu.Don't let those bad traits detract from a purchase, this is still a very solid controller, also allows N64 games to work on the SNES Classic using the NES/SNES Classic wireless receiver!
