Yes, you can chose to use 2, 3 or 4 shelves. I have it 3 shelves high myself.

Do you sell any stand the can support the 100lbs of your 7x200 amp? This one is only 75lbs per shelf

Since it is a single shelf, it would give your power amp maximum air flow for cooling. The best I could find in a multi shelf rack was rated at 90 pounds per shelf.
