Just the yeast!
It's hard to find nutritional yeast that's not fortified with additional vitamins. I just want the basics and this brand seems to be one of the only unfortified ones. Flavor is good, maybe not as "cheesy" as others I've tried, but still nice and savory. It's the best sprinkled over buttered popcorn!

Best nooch in the world, I swear!
This stuff is the bomb, have been using it for years now. Wish I could get it in bulk and at a better price though, it's a tad pricey. Tried to replace it with a cheaper bulk organic option from Germany and the taste of that stuff was terrible - went straight to the trash. Love that this has no chemicals in it - why on earth people want those in their yeast it beyond me.

Really like this nutritional yeast - nothing added. You can sprinkle on just about anything to add a savory and cheesy flavor. Great for vegans.

The healthiest brand I've found so far.
I really like this brand due to the fact it isn't fortified with any vitamins. Everything in it occurs naturally. I've used it on quite a few things. My favorite use is to make cashew "parmesan" cheese. I add it along with raw, whole cashews, garlic powder and salt in my food processor and viola. I put it on everything one would use parmesan cheese for. Even my kids eat it. Great product, will order more soon.

Staple for vegan ‘cheese’
I use this for those vegan dishes which need a bit of ‘cheesiness’ to them. Much better flavor than the store bought versions.
