My mom had a knee replacement a couple months ago and her physical therapist told her to try these. They work great. She is having another knee replacement on the other knee and so we ordered her more to have while the other ones are refreezing.

Takes a while for it to refreeze completely (hours) but when it is cold, it works great. Covers most of the knee and is comfortable to wear.

Got this for pregnancy heel soreness that came out of nowhere, this is so helpful in the middle of the night - wraps easily and stay cold just long enough to work.

I excersice everyday and my knees are always hurting and I put this product every night for a couple of minutes and it works great. I recommended 100%

I have spinal stenosis, and the nerve pain around my knees can get pretty intense. I’ve been using these ice packs during flare-ups and they’ve helped take the edge off. They stay cold for a good amount of time and the material stays soft and flexible, even straight from the freezer, which makes them more comfortable. I like that you can use either side depending on what feels better. The size works well for my knees. It’s not bulky and gives decent coverage. The straps are long enough to adjust easily and the Velcro holds firmly without slipping. I’ve used a few different ice packs before and these have been one of the more reliable ones in terms of comfort and staying cold.

Good ice pack the only problem the reason I give it 3 stars is because it doesn't wrap all the way around the knee and I have to use a second ice pack for the back of the knee.

I’ve been using this for 2 months and am so pleased with the quality. The size is perfect, even for large knees, and the straps are substantive, strong and hold very well. After use it easily folds with the straps and placed in plastic pouch for the freezer. I use it almost daily. Great product.
