I’m so happy with my order. These salts are such high quality and pair perfectly with the Baraka neti pot. This pack will last you a really long time and in my opinion is worth every penny because of the qualith of the salts. They are perfect as a salt rinse because they are not rocky or rough, they are gentle for neti pot use. They dissolve well in the water. Get them!!!

I have bought Baraka neti pot salt multiple times. This is my favorite. It is gentle, not harsh. It has a definite scent/feel that is different, and to my nose better, than generic salt for this usage.

I don’t write reviews very often, but the salt is wonderful! I had sinus surgery about three months and I have been using the pharmaceutical grade premixed packets to do my sinus rinses. For some reason, my sinuses had not healed! I was starting to have severe allergy symptoms and I thought I was allergic to my cats. I have only used this for one day so far and my sinuses feel great! I also track all my health metrics with Apple Watch and saw that my oxygen saturation is trending higher. I don’t know if I was having a reaction to the baking soda that is in the premixed rinses or what was going on but this natural sea salt is clearly what I needed. Maybe the additional minerals that are in the sea salt provide the proper environment for the good bacteria in the nose? Whatever it is, I am never going back to the pharmaceutical packets!!! I will update this review if anything changes.

This salt is not white but you can see the quality.. I’ve been using this salt for years in my Neti Pot. It feels much less harsh than other salts. I like the fact that it’s pure and minimally refined although there is some fine sediment that falls to the bottom of it sits while the salt melts.. I just pour off the water and discard the sediment.
