Worst purchase experience ever. The phone arrived defective and is not working properly from the first use, which is completely unacceptable for the price paid. On top of that, the customer service is very poor, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Very disappointing overall. Honestly regret buying it and would not recommend this product to anyone.

It stopped working exactly on the following day of its return window expiry and pick up is very challenging, it’s been more than a month that I am waiting for amazon to pick it up and get my refund and they continuously reschedule and postpone. I do NOT recommend it at all

Works fine and original parts but charger port has some problems but from original charger it charged

Zero quality. Stopped working after 2 months, parts all shaking inside, will not even turn on, will not charge.

phone with zero scrach..but it came with CABLE NOT AN ORIGINAL..and the phone came with 95 precent battery health,3 months after its down to 88 precentage..but the battery backup okay..

Very poor quality refurbished phone. Screen stopped working and when I took it in to have it checked out, it was missing all of the internal brackets and some screws. Charging port, speaker and camera stopped working after some use.

It's good but automatically restart only this problem

الجوال للامانة كويس استخدامه سلس بزيازة عشان اكون واضح جاني ببطارية 95 وذا شي كويس توقعت تكون اقل بكثير لكن الشي الي لاحظته هو للامان صار مرة وحدة لكن اعتبرها سلبية قليلا وهي انه لما يسخن يصير يعلق تعليق قوي يعني تلقاه كنه محمل فايروس ماكل الرام كله وبرضو لاحظت انه البطارية تنقص مع الوقت يعني لو حطيته الساعة 12 صباحا من الشاحن وفيه 100من نسبة البطارية وتجيه العصر تلقى النسبة قلت ممكن 80 لل70 رغم ان المزة قصيرة لكن صدقني الي بيقرى تقييمي اذا كنت تبغا جوال استخدام خفيف او جوال تكشخ فيه خذ الايفون 13 اما لو استخدامك ثقيل مثل الالعاب واشياء ثقيلة وفر فلوسك وجيب من اجهزة الاندرويد على الاقل بنفس للقيمة تحصل على مواصفات افضل انا لدي هاتفين واحد استخدام للالعاب والاشياء الثقيلة والايفون هذه للبرامج والتواصل الخفيف ف لا اواجه مشاكل حتى الان دام الاستخدام خفيف

الشحن سيء جدًا مع ان حالة البطارية 100٪ لكن كفاءتها سيئة جداًوالجهاز يعيد التشغيل من حاله مرات كثيرة يطفي ويشتغل لحالهوفجأة تطلع علامة الشحن وهو مفصول عن الكهرباوضع الجهاز سيء وغريب جدًا اتمنى
