Great Experience with the Volt
I've played three full rounds with the Volt so far, and it's been a great experience. Iโm consistently getting through 18 holes on a single charge and has plenty of power to spare. My home course has a lot of elevation changes, and the Volt handles the inclines and declines really well. The rear stabilizer wheel makes a noticeable difference on steeper slopes. It's been smooth, reliable, and a big upgrade from walking with a standard push cart.

I Regret Buying This!!!!
I've had this for 9 months now and I regret buying Bag Boy Volt! I am on my 3rd hand held remote control. The first one lasted 6 months--the replacement they sent did not charge. So I'm on my 3rd now and keeping my fingers crossed. Now the main battery doesn't last 18 holes (they say it lasts 27 holes--which is a joke) and will try to submit my 3rd warranty replacement request. So battery life is poor. The speed control knob is extremely difficult to control--and will not keep a constant speed (with or without the hand held remote). But without the remote it is almost impossible!. The umbrella holder is poorly engineered (the only way to hasten an umbrella is to twist the provided cable--which means it is going to break anytime now_. And the so called ball holder (at least that's what I think it is) is absolutely worthless (if you use it you are guaranteed to loose your ball).

Battery Died after 13 holes.
I took it out today for a round of golf (3x time). About 3/4 through the battery died, although it had 2 bars left. I kept restarting it and it go for bit then die again. I really hope this was an one off.

Great customer service
I've had the bag for several months and golf on steep hills with rough terrain. Once you get used to maneuvering, that cart is such a help and fun. Also, I recently experienced a problem with the battery, and they responded within minutes and addressed my issue with outstanding service. Super high marks for customer service.

Pretty good cart with a few minor problems
The good: this cart is *much* lighter than previous remote carts (by about 1/2) It has a mechanism to keep it going straight that works pretty well The wheels are narrow enough (barley) to fit out a doorway - some others are not the meh: - The batter is inconvenient to remove if you don't remove your bag from your cart. It can be done, but it's not easy. - The battery barely lasts 18 holes. I suspect we can be more efficient with it. Also having a lighter bag should help. I'd still like to see it have a larger battery to be on the safe side. - It does a poor job of maintaining a straight line on a side hill - It's a little difficult to control in tight areas - we find it's easier to manually control it around the green to avoid bunkers or the green surface. - you have to remember to put it on remote mode when you park or it will roll downhill. Don't worry - the cart will teach you this very quickly. - The umbrella holder is not very well made/attached. We're going to look for a 3rd party clip on umbrella holder to fix this. This may not be a big issue since it's difficult to use an umbrella on a remote cart. the bottom line is that I like it and would likely get it again, but would like to see a few things improved.

Works well
Checks every box that I wanted. Easy to assemble. Tracks well once you get the hang of it. I really like all of the storage for phone, glasses, keys, etc. Lighter than my friends' carts. Battery very easy to load and use.
