Mindfulness Patterns: Coloring Book with Creative Pattern Designs for Stress Relief and Relaxation Paperback – January 26, 2024

Lot's of different designs to ponder. These type of designs help me "zone out" while creating something soothing and peaceful. I try to do them most nights before bed. It helps me to clear my mind and for while doing them my most vexing conundrum is which color complements what color? Not a bad dilemma to have.

Very great with a stress relief

These are exactly the kinds of designs I was looking for! Unfortunately the paper is kind of thin, and my markers bleed through. If you purchase this book and want to use markers, I recommend using a thick piece of paper behind the page you're coloring on so it doesn't bleed through to the next page.

I love this book! There are plenty of pages of beautiful, interesting, and varied patterns to color. This book is not boring at all! I bought this coloring book for myself, but I am going to buy more. This book would make a perfect gift for anyone, especially someone who may be recovering from an illness or is homebound. I highly recommend this coloring book.

Simple and diverse in detail. Bought one aa a gift liked it so much I bought myself one. Useful for stress, traveling, and just having a great sense of fulfillment when you finish a page.

Fun designs but my markers bleed through the pages. Need to have spare paper between the pages to not ruin the next page. All pages are busy and have a ton of designs to color.

Bought one for myself and my girlfriend wanted it. Bought another one and my grandson wanted it. Next edition my daughter ended up taking it. Fourth time around I was able to keep one for myself. Popular item!
