My time card is stuck on the punch machine. What is the reason for this?

Our time clock is only suitable for punching 7.1''×2.4'' time cards. We recommend you use the matching time cards provided by our store. If using other time cards, please select the correct size.

How to turn off the ringing?

Enter the setting mode, and press button 3 or 4 to enter the setting code 05. Then, press button 5 to clear the value or use button 1 & 2 to change the value to 0. Then, press button 3 to confirm.

How to reset the time clock?

Press button 1, 5 & 6 at the same time for 5 seconds to reset the clock.
