I purchased a Wolfbox G840S dashcam for my 2008 Toyota Tundra but did not want to mount it onto the existing rear-view mirror. This mount is the perfect solution: extremely easy to install, fits the dashcam perfectly, and is very stable. Just one screw to attach it to the bracket on the windshield so installation cannot get any simpler. If you are getting a rear-view mirror style dashcam this mount is a must.

I bought this mirror mount kit to help set up a digital rear-view mirror dash cam, and it has been the absolute perfect solution. The plate / arm etc... itself appears pretty well made. HOWEVER the screw sizes included are insufficient for all of these camera setups... I am installing a Wolfbox G840S in my 4th gen Ford Econoline camper van since the OE mirror is useless in this configuration and a secondary cam interferes with my insulating window covers.... So my configuration that is working? Dorman replacement mirror removed so I am using the Dorman glue on base. I believe this company offers their own... This mirror cam mounting plate. Wolfbox G840S cam. And the missing pieces? m2 x 8mm screws.... The ones that come off the Wolfbox camera are too short, and the ones that come with this base are too large in diameter... Now it is mounted, solidly... Now on to wiring this monster...

I purchased a wolfbox camera system for my Hilux. I originally had it mounted on the stock rearview mirror but due to the weight of it it never maintained it's position, always tilting down especially when driving in bumpy roads which was weird frustrating always having to reset this. Since installing this I am now frustration free. I love it.

This mirror mount kit that was bundled with the Wolfbox 850 Pro does not fit. It does not snap into place as mentioned and the screws that you are supposed to reuse are to short to reach the threads. It's close, but not close enough to use. Because this mount was bundled with the dash cam, I expected it to be a sure fit. But now that I'm looking deeper, I see this is an aftermarket mount kit. It looks like I have to make another purchase for the OEM kit that says it fits the 850 Pro. But then in the description it says to contact customer service to make sure it will fit... Wow, really. 2 days later: I just received the OEM kit and it fits perfectly.

Unfortunately it does not fit the Pelsee P12 Pro Max perfectly. The width comes up a bit short so the screw holes don't line up and, as others have stated, the included screws are too big. I'm still going to use it with the rubber bands that came with my mirror/dashcam because it looks to be good quality. It's metal and plastic with two points of articulation which are pretty tight so it shouldn't move when mounted in the car.

Product is solid and does the job. Very easy to install and holds the rear view camera very well.
