so i have to wash my car 1st, then use this?

No, this is used to wash the car. Here is a video that give more details as to exactly what this unique wash is and how to use it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCk33h0xWlw&t=19s

can i use this after using meguiars water less wash and wax?

Yes, as long as the surface is clean and dry you can use this.

Can this product be used in a foam cannon with a pressure washer?

No, this is a very unique formula with quite a bit of protection in it that does not lend itself to use with a foam cannon so we do not recommend it.

Which on do i use first after the wash the hybrid ceramic detailer or the hybrid ceramic liquid wax?

These are not necessarily used one right after the other. The wax is used every few months or as needed. It is your main source of protection. The Hybrid Ceramic Detailer like all detailers is designed to be used as maintenance any time you want to safely remove light dirt, dust, fingerprints, and other fresh/loose contaminants. This particular product will also leave some protection behind and is a great way to boost/maintain protection and water beading.
