So I ordered this as a Wedding gift thinking it would say The Davis's because that's how the picture looked but I was mistaken. So I texted the company and they were so understanding and fixed the problem..they are awesome and I will be doing alot more business with them. item came with hardware and made well..happy couple loved it

Great customer service
Hands down awesome customer service, postal service lost my sign due to a change of address I waited a few extra weeks after to see if the sign would arrive. When it showed no movement I reached out to the seller they replaced it no questions asked. Love the sign and quality.

Great Company
I love mine! The company worked with me when I failed to receive the item. Ordered Jan 13th. Three times they sent me out one; three times USPS failed to deliver.i finally conceded and asked for my money back. Next day money was in my account. The first of April it was delivered by the USPS. Notified company to pay them and they graciously gave it to me free. Great customer service. The sign is fantastic! Hung on our gate instantly.

Turned out good, just don't like the holes for screws
Turned out good, just wished they could let you chose if you want holes for screws or not. In my case I rather have no holes as we have a rental and can't drill holes into the sidewall of the house. I would have used a magnet hanger. With those holes it didn't looked good with that beige sidewall in the background, it would be noticeable right away... So I had to be creative and use our door wreath for now,till I can come up with a better idea.
