these flakes change me from a mediocre to well, almost great home chef.......i love them.....They will exceed your expectations.....if u can't come up with some tasty recipes with these flakes u better get yourself fixed up so u can...... i especially love them with cannellini beans and garlic and olive oil and caribbean pepper sauce.
