No insert in brush head to connect
This does not function as reported. Please do not buy the quality is cheap. It had stated would be compatible and is not. Typically inside of a brush head replacement is a round white plastic connection piece that allows for the fit to be secure. This is missing in each. I purchased a box and had hoped to buy more for each stocking but not happening. Last year I purchased a simple sonic electric toothbrush D12. I am unable to find replacement brush heads from the party I purchased from via Amazon nor others. Regardless don’t buy these waste of money.
