Okay I read all reviews before I bought this. I knew going into it the Backing was not Sticky and was leary but figure what the hecK it is super cheap.With that said, after I figures out which was the Vinyl side and which was the Backing cuz both were Dull and Not shiny except the Glitter ones did have shiny backing. The Vinyl side was almost like it had a little bit of a filmy soap scum look too it.Some of it was a pain to Weed and some of it was a little easier. And forget it if you pull a piece off by mistake there is no resticking it. It is almost impossible to see what was cut into the vinyl and where to weed. Some of them you could see from the other side some u can't.I used an Iron for 30 seconds on the floor ontop of a wooden cutting board and it sticks beautifully.I honestly won't buy it again but it works for the price but not worth the headache!

This is the worst vinyl I've ever bought. I will get a refund and will never purchase again. It ruined my item.

Terrible vinyl, it won't stick good. You can see splatter of the glue here and there, its not covered like other brands. And so so so hard to weed. Have to set dial up so blade cuts deeper. further up past htv vinyl . This vinyl is terrible. I wasted alot and def lost alot of money on products trting to fig this htv out.

It is terrible! It is hard to weed and I have ruined 2 projects because it won't come off the shirt right. I will not buy again!
