This square ceiling light was a great addition to my family room. My family room was originally installed one ceiling light, but the light was dim. This square light offer bright light with good range. Not heavy and Easy to install. If you need something like this, I would recommend this square light.

I love this ceiling lamp. It has a beautiful and modern appearance, and it has a fairly strong and beautiful illumination. I love that I can use the remote to turn it off and on, and change between its different settings; its really useful and convenient to do this without having to stand up. I believe this ceiling lamp is a good investment.

The metal on this is thin and manufactured as cheaply as possible. The frame feels thin, but gets the job done. The design is nice and modern. It builds and installs like most light fixtures. The LED is not that bright, so this is good for a medium to small room. Not sure why lights are coming with remote controls, but I feel they are unnecessary. I have way too many remotes and in a rental... it is just another thing for the renter to lose. I think there are better lights at this price point, but if you have to have this design.. it is a working functional light. Just not a high end light with thicker materials and better manufacturing.

This was a really easy to assemble and install setup. It comes with everything that you will need except for a screwdriver and wire stripper. It took me a little longer to assemble that I would have liked because the directions are a little generic covering several models, but not particularly complex. Just screw the four parts together in the right order and you are ready to go. There are push in clips for the wiring, making for a really easy replacement. I recommend having a long or a sight Phillips screwdriver for the final assembly because you will either have to reach past the lights or put your hand through the rectangles for the two final screws. It's easy to control and the settings are kept even after you turn off the switch on the wall. It has a good range of brightness and color temperature, and is the brightest light that I have seen in this size and format. Good quality materials.My only issue is that I am very sensitive to color fidelity and there are notches in the spectrum that bother me. If you don't have that issue (like my wife), you'll never notice.

My home office hasn't had a light for some time. I was on the search for a replacement when I came across this. Instead of going with a boring traditional light fixture, I decided to order this. It looks soooo much better than I had anticipated and makes my home office look sleek and modern. Highly recommend.

Without question the worst light I have ever "installed". The directions were not even for this model, but I am certain the other model would be equally horrible.Even with accurate and clear directions, I would be unhappy with the light. Right out of the box the white diffusion trim around each was warped, maybe from heat or poor shipping. I pushed them in as flush as possible but it was very noticeable.The stand-off posts they use are horribly machined or maybe its the threading on the light frame, but regardless it was impossible to screw in by hand, I had to force twist trough a few thread by using padded pliers. The paint still came off the posts.I finally got it assembled, despite the "directions" and still had to mount/wire it. I have installed ceiling fans in under hour, I was already almost an hour in and hadnt even started mounting it. Given that it would take another 20-30 to install and given the scraped paint and warped trim, I just cut my losses and threw back in the box.I really wish there was a way to refund an hour of my life back.

I'm using this in my dining room where I have lots of can lights, in the center I had the connection setup for a center light. So I didn't really need it for light, just design. It not that bright, took over an hour to assemble and install. A little on the cheap side and flimsy. But once you have it up and as long as it looks good it's accomplishing my needs. I probably won't buy it again.
